FACE TO FACE/CLINIC CONSULT: First consult with practitioner to discuss your health concerns, health history, goals. In this consultation we come with a plan of attack, list of testing and any referrals necessary. Please note this appointment can be changed to online at your request.
This appointment is suited for women wanting preconception advice, transitioning off oral contraceptives, any period issues, any hormonal complaints eg. PCOS, Acne, endometriosis, adenomyosis, cysts, PMS/PMDD, irregular periods, hormonal migraines.

Mens Preconception Pack
FACE TO FACE/CLINIC CONSULT: Upon booking men/partners will receive basic testing information including a semen analysis to complete prior to the consultation. In the first consultation we go through your test results, any areas of focus for overall health and fertility. Topics such as diet, stress management, gut health and information on conceiving will be covered. Testing and supplementation are of extra cost to the individual. Follow up consultations may be recommended based on individual circumstances and test results.

Extended Return Consultation (In person)
Extended Return Consultation: 45 minutes for existing clients needing a bit of extra time to discuss new symptoms/diagnosis, or for returning clients that havent been in for >12months.

Follow Up Consultation
Return consultation 30 minute duration: For clients returning to the clinic following an initial consultation. Typically these consultations go through your symptoms, any changes, improvements, pathology etc.
